Life of Our Life

A loud sounds of music from the orchestra wakes me up from my deep sleep. Over and beside me are the group of boys and girls that wearing long sleeves with necktie and blouse with ribbon. The music created by the orchestra is the sign that the International Thanksgiving start.

A thousand of people from a hundred kilometer destination are gathered together to attend and celebrate the International Thanksgiving. The Members Church of God International (MCGI) celebrates the annual thanksgiving. Last September 27,28,29 the 3rd quarter of International Thanksgiving happened and celebrated at Apalit Pampanga, ADD Convention.

I saw myself sitting on the bleachers where I and my classmates placed and listening to the word of God that delivered and teach by the presiding minister Bro. Eli Soriano and Kuya Daniel Razon. Everyday has a topic that full of learning and wisdom coming from God above.

I've never saw anyone who felt uncomfortable because of their situation. The brethren expressed their feeling and their approval every time that the righteousness of God works on their hearths while listening to the word of wisdom.

God is the only reason why we live here on earth. He creates all of the things that exist; human being, natures, gadgets, schools, animals etc. I know that if there is no God we couldn't passed the exams, solve problems that encounter in our life, feel the true meaning of love and the guidance that only God can do.

Colossians 1:16 - For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether [they be] thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him:

I was so glad that I've become part of the international giving. I would rather give my time to praise and worship God than to spend my time just for the unimportant stuff in life. And my decision is right.

After the three days of thanksgiving, I know to myself and to everyone that we felt the love and wisdom, and learn the teaching of the Lord.

The Lord is the life of our life that give strength to us, letting us to do the right, giving us the solution for every problem, helping us to find the hidden mistakes to correct and helping others to lead to the right way in life, because He is the Life of Our Life.

 Psalms 95:1-6 - O come, let us sing unto the LORD: let us make a joyful noise to the rock of our salvation. Let us come before his presence with thanksgiving, and make a joyful noise unto him with psalms.For the LORD [is] a great God, and a great King above all gods.In his hand [are] the deep places of the earth: the strength of the hills [is] his also.The sea [is] his, and he made it: and his hands formed the dry [land].O come, let us worship and bow down: let us kneel before the LORD our maker.
